We recently hired J.W. Dixon for our kitchen remodel, and this was our second time working with Jordan. Just like the first project, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We always knew when the crew would be there, were kept informed of any issues that came up, and Jordan took the time to explain our options so we could make informed decisions every step of the way. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Our kitchen turned out even better than we imagined, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. What impressed us just as much was the follow up. After everything was complete, Jordan came back to make sure every detail was right and that we were completely happy with the finished product. He even went above and beyond by noticing that Home Depot had overcharged us for materials. He handled returning everything himself so we could be reimbursed, something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his customers. After some truly awful experiences with contractors in the past, this was hands down the easiest, most transparent, and stress free remodeling experience we’ve ever had. Jordan is incredibly easy to work with and genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J.W. Dixon to anyone looking for an honest, talented, and reliable contractor. They will always be our first call for any future projects.

Jordan did nearly an entire first floor renovation for me, including walls being torn down, a full bathroom remodel, a full kitchen, living room, room, hallway, staircase, entryway remodel. His attention to detail is spectacular. As a customer I would hire him over and over again!! He really has an incredible skill set than most people don’t have!! He is honest and fair! He left me in awe of my new home!!! If there were 25 starts I would give him and his crew that!! I posted all the after photos!!
Jordan and his worker Charles did a fantastic job on my livingroom and hallway paint job. It wasn't the easiest job, he had to paint over a very bright blue color with a pale yellow color I picked out and it turned out great! Looking forward to future projects with him.
